(FYI a lot of this is based on my ASSUMPTIONS of their CR!)
Jack and Anya are housemates, and I see their daily life as involving a lot of teasing on Jack's part, but nothing over the top. He knows she is not a demon anymore, but he's not going to take any chances on REALLY pissing her off. (Never mind that he is still clueless that it was her Shift-curse that made him have the terrible time at Malnosso-land, where he ended up with the beard of bees and Geoffrey the dinosaur eating and pooping out his hat and all.)
I see a lot of misunderstandings between the two, just because Anya is Anya and Jack talks funny sometimes and makes weird references a lot. (I like to think that they know some of the same people from the past -- or from demon dimensions, since we've established that POTC and BTVS don't share a common Earth. Demon dimensions could lie outside all that.)
I am pretty sure that Jack has to steal food from her and probably enjoys it, especially food that she has cooked/left in the fridge. Then he tries to get out of it by complimenting her a lot, playing upon her vanity, and making big brown eyes at her.
